If you failed to activate your RRN on the ePortal before payment, we’re sorry to inform you that your payment may be forfeited. That may be the price to pay for carelessness and  failing to stick to instructions. Please contact the Webmaster via email (webmaster@funai-foundation) and table your complaint.

You may also consider generating another RRN, activating on the ePortal and then make another payment in favour of the activated RRN.
